Dispute Resolution
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the Program or these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in Idaho. Arbitration will be administered by a mutually agreed-upon neutral arbitration provider under rules appropriate to the size of the claim. Proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis only, not as a class or representative action. The Federal Arbitration Act will govern the enforceability and interpretation of this arbitration agreement. The arbitrator may award any remedies allowed under Idaho law. Each party will bear its share of arbitration fees unless the arbitrator rules otherwise. Arbitration proceedings and related evidence will remain confidential except as required by law.

Miscellaneous
You represent that you have the authority to agree to these Terms. Failure to enforce any term does not waive future enforcement. If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be modified only as necessary to remain valid. The campaign may update these Terms at any time, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of any changes.

9. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Idaho.
